All returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the original packaging with tags still attached. Returns are subject to rejection if garments have been worn, stained, excessively wrinkled or have been washed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges are only valid for a different size of the same item or for the same item if it is defective or damaged.
We are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels; return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, with limited exceptions.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If rejected, the item will be returned to you.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gifter had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the return process must be completed by them.
